Sometimes there isn't time for a deep consumer study or months of exploration. The opportunity is already in motion. The work becomes finding just enough truth so it has a compass, then bringing it to life without losing direction.
Whether launching a new coffee for Walmart in less than eight weeks, reintroducing Infusium23 after its acquisition by P&G, or orchestrating a global product launch with Cristiano Ronaldo, the challenge was remarkably similar. Every project came with different constraints, personalities, budgets, and timelines, but the goal never changed. Find the flex. Protect what matters. Keep moving.
Ideas don't become reality by accident. They become reality when enough clarity exists for talented people to move together.

Every activation presents a different challenge. Sometimes the work begins with a clear consumer insight. Other times, the opportunity is already in motion and the job becomes finding just enough truth to give the work a compass.
The global launch of CR7 Sports Hydration was one of those moments. With a $650K production budget, teams spanning Toronto, Los Angeles, and Madrid, nearly 200 crew members and extras, multiple currencies, and just two hours with Cristiano Ronaldo himself, success depended on far more than creativity. It required aligning people, defining enough direction for great work to happen, and finding the flex when circumstances changed. The result is a launch film that still feels timeless more than a decade later.
